| How to use an editable Digital Web Book? | |
| You will see a welcome pop-up appear when this book loads, close it by clicking the X in top right corner or click on the book self. | |
| Options to click “Edit | Preview | Lock Page” click Edit – it activates the fields on the page to edit. Click in any of the fields, if a white frame appears around the field it is a re sizable and movable field black single line means it is a none re sizable/ movable field but you will still be able to enter text and images. Move cursor over border of field and a cross hair cursor will appear this means you can click hold and drag the field on the work area. Move cursor over corners (white squares) and the cursor will change to a double sided arrow allowing you to resize the field. | |
| Text field – remember to always click “Edit” to start editing the fields. Click anywhere inside the field and start typing the font and size is set and can not be altered, should you require different font and sizes please contact us for a customized web book. [Top] | |
| Image field – remember to click “Edit” to start editing the fields. Right click anywhere inside the image field to get the pop-up menu, select the top option “Insert/Change image” and select image form your pc, use the other option on this pop-up menu to trim, fit and optimize your selected image. Take your time and familiarize yourself with the pop-up options. | |
| Proceed to next page click “Preview” then click on the right or left side of the page to turn to the next or previous page. When you click the “Lock Page” option you will no longer be able to edit the specific page. Should you have problems returning to a template web site where you edited a book previously, just clear you’re “Temporary Internet Files” under tools on your web browser. This will force a reload of the book from the server. | |
| Some template Web Books might have more that 1 text field or image field. You can use them all or if you decide that only a few will do you can discard the unused fields by dragging them out of the working area and they will not be visible. | |

version: Works exactly the same as this web version the difference is that you will have more customized options, you will be able to save pages and return later to edit them again, or lock the page to keep you from editing the fields on a specific page, you will be able to lock the book completely so that no editing can occur from that point forward. When you lock a page or lock a complete book the Editable Options on the page or in the book will no longer be visible or useable. This book is now ready to be send by e-mail to customers, family and friends by using the “Send Mail” function in the book self. |

| It is advisable to use the “in book” send mail function as it will send a message containing the reader that enables you to read the Web Book on your pc, you can also place the completed and locked version of your book on your web site for easy download (support available). | |
